In the lamination process, the adhesive is liquefied and after that spread directly on the printed surface of the paper. The technology of dry lamination made that the process to become much simple, to be easylly working and the result of the work to be highly qualitative and efficient. A special advantage that dry la mination can offer is the productivity that this machine can have.

The machine production in eight hours differs in quantity of shees and weight, but remains in general between 20000-25000 sheets per 8 hours. Automatic dry lamination machine

Automatic dry and conventional lamination machine can work on any paper sheet size minimum 25/35 cm until 70/100 cm maximum size, and can also laminate any paper and cardboard between 60-500 grams weight. The machine can use BOPP matte lamination film, BOPP silk, glossy BOPP, BOPP semi-matte, BOPP satin, BOPP pearl, BOPP transparent, metallized, colored, holographic, corrugated BOPP, or any other lamination film that is treated , co-extruded and is addressed to this operation. All the polypropylene films offers protection against chemicals actions and exceptional optical properties. Automatic lamination machine is an imposing, solid machine which not only that can laminate anything, but can use, with no problems, both lamination methods, using raw materials like: polypropylene foils with background sticky or polypropylene foils without adhesive. The mostly used adhesives in lamination process are water based or organics solvents, and from pollution enviroment point of view are "eco-friendly". Conventional lamination is an alternative for dry lamination and is often used if the printed paper or cardboard is too sensitive for temperature level of dry lamination.
