Foil lamination is the covering procedure of a paper sheet of different thickness between 60 gr to 600 grams in a lamination foil of 12-45 micron. The foil can be matte or glossy, one face colored, metalized, holographic, or adhesive side, depending of what kind of lamination is been used.

Dry lamination requires a special working equipment and polypropylene staple, lamination film which presents an adhesive coat one side. Dry lamination is the process where the polypropylene film co-extruded and by axial-BOPP is lay on the paper print with heat and the temperature is variable depending on the film types: Matte BOPP, Glossy BOPP, Semi-matte BOPP, Satin BOPP, Pearl BOPP.
Dry lamination is an alternative for cold lamination, because in all the cases it does not need special human resources, and it is very efficient. Prints will last more, look better and will have a special note.

Cold lamination requires a technical equipment that uses self adhesive water or solvent, and the film is polypropylene BOPP matte satin semi-matte glossy, with UV protection, metallized, colored, holographic, all types of polypropylene film.
